Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully prior to your booking.
Booking Verification:
International Centre for Travel and Tourism reserves the right to verify and conduct checks on all bookings for fraud. International Centre for Travel and Tourism may not issue tickets if the bookings do not pass our verification procedure. We reserve the right to use third party tools to verify credit card numbers, names and addresses for fraud. By completing the booking, you acknowledge and give us permission to disclose your details for verification purposes to third party. International Centre for Travel and Tourism reserves the right to verify and conduct checks on all bookings for fraud International Centre for Travel and Tourism is not liable for any loss caused due to tickets not being issued for bookings which fail our verification procedure. We may try contacting traveller by phone and/or by email provided in booking. We may ask for appropriate documents of traveller and/or Credit card holder to authenticate the credit card given to make reservation.

IMPORTANT
Please read the following “Booking & Advisory Services – Terms and Conditions” (Booking T&Cs) carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.
By making any booking for Travel Products with Us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Booking T&CS, which apply to any bookings you make with our consultants in-store, over the phone or by email as well as online bookings you make on our website.
Do not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following Booking T&Cs and any other terms and conditions of the Travel Provider relating to the Travel Products you buy from us (Travel Provider T&Cs). You should read all of the relevant Travel Provider T&Cs before acquiring Booking & Advisory Services from us.
Nothing in these Booking T&Cs is intended to exclude, limit or modify any rights that you have under the Australian Consumer Law, but we do not give any guarantee or warranty, and do not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the use of our Website or the Booking & Advisory Services supplied in addition to those rights.

When you make a booking online through our website, you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these bookings and conditions. you have read and agree to the fare rules and conditions which apply to this booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct. International Centre for Travel and Tourism has no responsibility for any errors made by the traveller or by the party making the booking online on behalf of the traveller.
Online bookings made just travel reservations and are subject to confirmation once the payment is received in full. Online bookings are not guaranteed by International Centre for Travel and Tourism if Airlines change their fares/taxes/fees.
Passport, Travel Documents and Visas
Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas prior to travel. For updated and accurate information, please visit http://www.mfat.govt.nz/ and consult the embassy or consulate of each country you intend to visit or transit through, as many destinations require visas for both New Zealand and non–New Zealand passport holders. Passengers must also ensure that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date, and that the first and last names on the airline ticket exactly match those shown on the passport.
Amendments to terms and conditions
International Centre for Travel and Tourism will take in relation to the, without prior notice, amend or modify this disclaimer by posting the amended disclaimer on our website.
Travel Insurance:
1. Your safety and enjoyment are important to us, and we strongly recommend obtaining suitable travel insurance, whether for yourself or any third party you may be booking for. Travel insurance may cover costs associated with booking cancellations, medical expenses and repatriation costs, personal injury or accidents, death, loss of personal belongings or money, and personal liability.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate protection through a suitable travel insurance policy.
3. We strongly recommend obtaining suitable travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements. Traveling abroad: We do not currently offer travel insurance. However, you can obtain travel insurance from other third-party providers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All booking cancellations are subject to charges, which may be up to 100% of the total booking cost, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Please review the applicable terms and conditions, including fare rules, as not all fares are refundable. Fees apply to all refundable tickets.
Our Service Request Fee is AUD 220 per ticket, in addition to any airline cancellation and/or no-show fees. Charges vary depending on the fare booked. Some fares are non-refundable; please check your specific fare rules carefully.
Refunds will be processed only after funds are received from the supplier(s). Generally, partially used tickets are non-refundable. If your cancellation is covered by your travel insurance policy, you may be able to claim cancellation charges through your insurer.
Where tickets are issued on the client’s credit card, the airline will refund the applicable amount directly to the client’s card, less any airline penalties. In such cases, a AUD 220 administration fee is payable to International Centre for Travel and Tourism to initiate the cancellation process.
Refund processing typically takes 4–12 weeks or longer. Where cancellation fees apply, you agree to indemnify us for the full amount of such fees or charges.
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to be processed.
Changes and Reissues:
All changes must be made within 48 hours of departure. Additional fees apply for booking changes or ticket reissues. Please check with your advisor to confirm fare changes are possible, as not all fares/tickets can be changed. Additional fees apply to all changeable fares. Our service fee is USD 100 per ticket, plus any applicable airline fees.
No-show:
a) If you have a booking with us for a trip but do not show up for check-in or use the travel product, you will not be entitled to any refund from us, subject to any rights you may have under Australian consumer law.
b) If you do not show up for check-in at the airport on the day of travel, you will be charged an airline fee of AUD 1,000.00, in addition to our service fee of AUD 220.00 per ticket.
c) Your travel provider may also charge cancellation and amendment fees according to their applicable terms and conditions. These fees are in addition to our charges. We are not liable to you for any cancellation, amendment, or refusal of refund fees charged by your travel provider, subject to any rights you may have against us under Australian consumer law.
d) We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you using the email address you provided when booking or through your bank. If we are unable to contact you or your bank, we may cancel your booking without any liability, subject to [the terms and conditions of the travel provider]. In the rare event that you are forced to cancel your booking, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel provider, the person(s) who paid for the booking will be refunded the full amount previously paid to us (less any fees we impose under these booking terms and conditions).
Name Change / Name Correction
1. Name change is not permitted. Name correction is subject to airline policy and may not be permitted on all fare types. If the airline allows a name correction, fees will apply, including airline penalty fees and any fare difference, plus our service fee of $100 and any additional airline fees.
2. Supporting documents (passport, ID, marriage certificate, etc.) must be provided for verification.
3. Once the name correction is processed, the ticket must be reissued.
4. Name corrections must be requested before travel, changes are not allowed after the first flight has been used.
5. our company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation.
Changes to Travel Product Prices and Itineraries
1. Price Changes
a) Travel product prices displayed on our website or communicated to you in any other way are a guide only and may vary depending on peak demand periods, changes in surcharges, fees, taxes, or currency fluctuations.
b) Please review all our travel product prices before booking or consulting. Travel product prices are not fixed until you receive confirmation from us of your booking.
c) If your travel provider adds surcharges, fees, or taxes to your booking after you have booked our travel products, we will notify you of the proposed price increases. If you do not wish to incur these additional charges, you can cancel your travel product.
d) If a clear error (including any electronic labeling error, data entry error, calculation error, or typographical error) results in a price being displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, even if it has been automatically confirmed on our website. You will be notified as soon as possible. However, to the extent permitted by law, you will not be entitled to claim compensation from us for cancellation or related costs, if any, incurred due to a booking that was cancelled in error.
2. Other Changes
a) If your travel provider changes any part of your booking for reasons beyond their control, such as scheduling issues or overbooking, we will make every effort to notify you. If any of these changes result in a material difference to your travel product, you may cancel the product, and we will refund any prepaid amounts, subject to the terms and conditions of the travel provider, we will deduct the $150 our service fee before issuing the refund.
b) It is your responsibility to reconfirm all flight departure times with your travel provider before departure. We will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of missing a flight due to your failure to check your itinerary before departure.
Changes in Price and Itineraries for Travel Products
1 Price changes
a) Prices for Travel Products displayed on our website or otherwise communicated to you are provided as an indicative guide only and may vary due to peak demand periods, changes in surcharges, fees or taxes or currency fluctuations.
b) You should check all prices for Travel Products with us before acquiring Booking & Advisory Services. The Price of the Travel Products is not fixed until you receive confirmation from us that your booking is confirmed.
c) In the event that the Travel Provider adds surcharges, fees or taxes in relation to your booking after you have booked your Travel Products with us, we will advise you of the proposed price increases. If you do not wish to incur the additional charges, you may cancel the Travel Product.
d) In case of an obvious error (including any error in electronic labelling, error in data entry, error of calculation or clerical error) resulting in the display of a price which has obviously been displayed by mistake, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, even if it was automatically confirmed on our website. You will be informed of this as soon as possible. In any case, to the extent permitted by law, you will not be entitled to claim compensation from us on the grounds of the cancellation or the related costs, if any, that have been incurred due to an erroneous reservation which has been cancelled.
2 Other changes
a) If a Travel Provider changes any part of your booking for reasons beyond its control, for example, due to scheduling issues or overbooking we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you. If any such changes result in your Travel Product being materially different, then you may cancel the Travel Product and we will refund any monies already paid subject to the relevant Travel Provider’s T&Cs, less any fees, A $150 our service fee will be deducted from our service fee before the refund is issued. charged by us under these Booking T&Cs and at all times subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
b) It is your responsibility to re-confirm all flight departure times with the relevant Travel Provider, prior to departure. We will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of you missing any flight due to your failure to check your itinerary prior to departure.
Force Majeure
1 Subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, we will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing you with Booking & Advisory Services in relation to Travel Products that is due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, accident, riot, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalised lack of availability of raw materials or energy (force majeure event).
2 For the avoidance of any doubt, a force majeure event shall not include:
a) your (including third parties you may be booking for) financial distress nor the inability of you (including third parties you may be booking for) or us to make a profit or avoid a financial loss.
b) changes in market prices or conditions; or
c) your (including third parties you may be booking for) financial inability to perform your (including third parties you may be booking for) obligations hereunder.
3 If a force majeure event occurs that affects your booking, your entitlement to a refund, credit or re-scheduled travel booking will depend on the relevant Travel Provider T&Cs and will at all times be subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
4 If your booking is impacted by a force majeure event and you are entitled to a refund from the Travel Provider,we will facilitate this refund to you as soon as reasonably practicable.
5 For the avoidance of any doubt, in the circumstance that a force majeure event occurs the following fees are non-refundable (subject to any right to a refund you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act
a) the service fees paid to us in respect of your booking (referred to a clause 3.4 above); and
b) any other fees referred to in our Schedule of Fees.
Passports, Visas and Health Requirements
1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the required documents, including passports and visas, before travelling to a destination. For more information, please log on to https://www.mfat.govt.nz/
and New Zealand Government advisory notices are available at http://www.safetravel.govt.nz . It is your responsibility to check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are travelling to as many destinations require visas for both Australian and non-Australian passport holders. We recommend that you log on to www.visalink.com.au. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have at least six (6) months validity on your passport from the date you return from your departure.
2. We recommend that you visit the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s (DFAT) websites at https://www.mfat.govt.nz and http://www.safetravel.govt.nzfor information relating to safety alert levels of your intended travel destination
3. For international travellers booked on flights to the USA, including Hawaii, it is now mandatory, under the Visa Waiver Program to receive an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) no less than 72 hours before your intended travel date. This can be obtained from the following website: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained an ESTA. Other countries may have similar requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure you have checked and obtained other relevant visas for other countries.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations. Vaccinations are strongly recommended for certain destinations. It is your responsibility to contact your local doctor to receive advice on any health requirements. Please note that vaccinations may be recommended before your travel departure date.
Frequent Flyers and Special Requests
1. Please advise your consultant of your Frequent Flyer membership details for inclusion in your booking. We do not offer advice on Frequent Flyer eligibility on flights that we advertise or that you have booked. For more information on whether your airfare is eligible for Frequent Flyer rewards, you must contact the Travel Provider directly. We do not take any responsibility should a Travel Provider fail to register your trip. We recommend that you retain copies of your airline ticket and boarding pass as a record.
2. We will communicate any special requests that you have in relation to your Travel Product, but we make no guarantee that the Travel Provider will accommodate them.
Website and Links
1. We may at any time modify these terms and conditions and the changes will come into effect once they are uploaded onto our website.
2. The applicable terms that apply to you are the Booking T&Cs that were in effect at the time you made your booking with us.
3. You acknowledge that the inclusion of links on our website is not intended as an endorsement or recommendation of any linked website or its content of such sites. We do not guarantee that our website or any linked website will be free from viruses, or that our website or any linked website will be uninterrupted.
4. We reserve the right to correct any errors in rates or content quoted or calculated for any Travel Product, with immediate effect. We will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you of such corrections.
Payments:
Payment for the ticket(s) must be arranged over the phone with our office within 30 minutes of placing the order, otherwise, the booking is cancelled.

Health:
You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination documentation (e.g. proof of Yellow Fever vaccination) may deny you entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical service or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your travel.
Special request
Please advise your travel consultant of any special requirements you may have, such as special meals, medical requirements. International Centre for Travel and Tourism will not be liable for whether airlines provide or do not provide the special requests even after requesting.
Agency:
We act as an agent for and sell various International Centre for Travel and Tourism products as agent on behalf of, numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators, as well as all of our wholesalers. Our obligation to you is to (and you expressly authorise us to) make travel bookings as your agent on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We exercise care in the selection of reputable service providers, but we are not ourselves a provider of travel services and have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability, imposed by these service providers. We can provide you with copies of the relevant service provider terms and conditions on request. Your legal rights in connection with the provision of travel services are against the specific provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, are not against us. Specifically, if for any reason (excluding fault on our part) any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your rights are against that provider and not against us.
